I do not mean to neglect my blog, honest :s It’s just that I’ve been quite busy keeping myself occupied with Facebook (Only add me if we know each other, otherwise write a note or something. I will not simply add people for teh lulz), University and of course with dearest :P

Oh, and also, because I’ve got my Panasonic Lumix LX3 semi-pro digital camera, thanks to dearest and Meng Suan, and have thus been occupied with it (Amongst many other things, obviously) :D I’ll need to update and/or revamp my albums section @_@

So… it may be late, but Happy Chinese/Lunar New Year and Happy Valentine’s Day nonetheless XD

Oh, even though I might not be updating my blog much, I’m still pretty much active on Twitter (Also on my sidebar), so that’s an alternative :P

It’s technically the 5th day into the new year already :D How time flies. A very happy birthday to Tibbar, first of all, since she loses her 1s and turns the big 2-0 this year XD

To be honest I’ve not made an resolutions this year, as I believe they will come as I go along the year :P Plus, everything’s too fluid, not fixed, so of course it’s going to be hard in some ways to keep the resolutions XD A few things I do know now, though, is that I will be cutting off things and people that bring me down or just piss me off in general (e.g. reading bimbo blogs). No more negativity! :D Of course, I do want to save up more money and spend less, though I’m slowly getting there now >_> And go on more holidays with dear dear ♥

The new semester starts on 11th January, a week later than expected, but still, it feels as though the break is just not enough! I’m quite cheerfully optimistic about the new semester for some reason… despite PSY 202 Advanced Quantitative Methods last semester (The results are still not out yet, and I’m ever-so-slightly nervous and worried, but fingers crossed for the best, of course!) and the fact that I have not completed all my second year elective subjects (But according to most of my course mates, not everyone has either, so I shouldn’t worry too much there) D: The third year looks awfully interesting with its elective subject choices (Compared to the second, seriously), so I guess it would be kind of fun, hopefully :P

I’ve yet to really settle on a thesis topic, though @_@

Basically spent my New Year’s Day having my room repainted, and reorganising my room with the help of dear dear, despite him having to work. It looks more cosy and organised now :3

Here’s basically what half of it looks like XD No more walls in shades of blue, but dark red, peach (Not pink!), light grey and brownish-grey :D Used slow synchro flash because the lighting wasn’t sufficient enough, and normal flash is too bright and glaring and makes the colours look un-natural >_>

Speaking of photos, I might want to buy a new camera- either a full-fledged DSLR (e.g. Sony Alpha 200 or even the Nikon D3000 maybe) or a semi-pro (e.g. Panasonic Lumix LX3) D: Louis suggests the semi-pro Panasonic Lumix LX3 though, since it’s smaller and less complicated, and fulfils my needs :D Oh well, we’ll see how everything goes I suppose.

2009 has been great, with all its ups and downs. 2010 will hopefully be better. Here’s to a better year, and so far it’s been so good :D

Dear dear Louis needs a break, or a day of nothing but rest, seriously. I love you baby ♥ Do take care for me.

I’ll be a very busy person during these final weeks of December. Let’s see my itinerary thus far:

Monday, 21st December 2009: University’s Department of Psychology annual prom.
- Prom was quite a blast. The performances were awesome! I’m glad I attended, and with Louis by my side too. We didn’t attend for the company (As usual, clique-y), but for the performances, and I’m glad I did. I never knew my lecturers could be so awesome! XD Ms. Winnee wore a long dress and high heels, Dr. Goh and Dr. Albert rocked out (Along with other staff and tutors) and I generally enjoyed the night’s entertainment :D No photos though, because I didn’t bring my camera along (Too lazy to carry so much stuff) >_>

+ Tuesday, 22nd December 2009: Dinner at aunt’s, for the Winter Solstice/Tang Yuen festival thing.
- Dinner was yummy, so was the tang yuen :P Other than that, nothing much to mention XD

+ 23rd December 2009, Wednesday- Early Christmas dinner with Louis’s brother Kevin and his girlfriend Catherine.
- Dinner was at Betty’s, and it was good and surprisingly cheap! The meatballs, meatloaf and the pork chop was awesome. Would definitely head there again for dinner one day :D

+ 24th December 2009, Thursday to 25th December 2009, Friday- At Banting ♥
- Bak kut teh for lunch and movies (At home) at night :D Such relaxation. Also went to AEON Bukit Tinggi for some window shopping mostly, but more importantly, it’s spending time with Louis that matters most :3 Attended midnight mass at church on Christmas Eve, my first.

+ 27th December 2009, Sunday to 29th December 2009, Tuesday- Trip to Malacca with Louis dear dear! ♥
- Malacca with dear dear is just awesome. More on this later :3

In December, we reminiscence, review and reflect on what has happened and we look forward to a whole new year ahead.

For me, this year has been very rewarding overall, despite some turbulence here and there. Ah well, difficulties are but stepping stones to character, no? ;) Generally I’ve learnt a lot of new things and met a lot of new people, all of which I am grateful for. But most of all, I met Louis. Without him, it would have been harder for me to deal with the obstacles I have faced, and he has really changed my life and made an impact on it.

I love you so much dear dear ♥ Thank you for everything.

Now that everything is over- especially assignments for Louis and the final exams for me, we can finally take a breather. Thank goodness for that, really, as I think the both of us really needed all the stress and insanity to stop @_@

As per topic :P Just sat for the last paper earlier… and I’ll be free until 11th January 2010! Then the new semester begins.

This semester, although it has been relatively laid-back in terms of only having classes two days a week, and not much assignments, has actually been rather taxing in terms of studying and revising. Never have I studied so hard for the final exams (Hence the lack of posts)! D:

Pray that I at least pass my papers ;_;

Although I am semi-quite confident I can at least pass… but still.

Since I am relatively free now, I am able to help Louis with the final leg of his assignments :D I just wish I could do more for him to let him be less stressed about it :\

Looking forward to spending and actually celebrating Christmas (My first actually!) and going on a holiday trip with the one I love- my dear dear Louis :3 We both really need this break to de-stress and all, and most importantly, to spend time together! ♥

We plan to either go to a few places for the holidays, but we’ll do it slowly, since we’ll have plenty of time together. For this trip, since it’s the year-end and all, we might be heading down to Malacca… so yeah. Feeling so excited~

Now I shall go rest or something to relieve myself of the trauma of the final exams @_@
